    Location: Seedlinks Behavior Management Position Type: Full-Time | Immediate Hire Pay Range: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience)

    Seedlinks Behavior Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Program Director to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate professional with strong clinical and administrative expertise, ready to make an immediate impact on program development and service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    Must be fully licensed and in good standing (LPC or LCSW required)

    Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in behavioral or mental health settings (supervisory experience strongly preferred)

    Proven ability to manage staff, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with agency and state standards

    Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee daily operations of mental health programs

    Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure quality service delivery

    Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans and program initiatives

    Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations

    Collaborate with leadership to enhance program outcomes and community partnerships

    Compensation & Benefits:

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    Maintain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification.

    Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle that is legally insured to be used for off-site clinical services consultation or case management.
