ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced office manager dedicated to being a team player in a busy accounting firm. Candidate must be adaptable, proactive and detail oriented to ensure proper work flow. In addition, be responsible for the business’ accounting functions, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• A/P and A/R functions, including time entry, generating monthly billing, paying vendors and generating reports
• Manage invoice tracking and processing payments
• Manage office inventory and supplies
• Manage calendars and deadlines
• Coordinate Firm meetings and events
• Maintain and upload documents to Document Management System
• Answer phones, respond to emails and process mail as needed
• Assist in organizational training

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/combined required; with a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in office management
• Accounting skills and experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, self-directed and professional
