MIG Welder
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20-$21/hour- Weekly Pay!
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on position is responsible for welding production parts while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience as a MIG Welder, Production Welder, Fabricator, Welder/Fitter, Structural Welder, or Manufacturing Welder are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on production parts using fixtures and work instructions
- Load and position components into weld fixtures
- Inspect finished welds using gauges and measuring tools to ensure quality standards
- Perform visual inspections and identify weld defects
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Follow Kanban and material flow procedures
- Package and label finished products
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Report equipment or quality issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience or welding certification required
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use measuring tools
- Experience using gauges, calipers, and inspection equipment
- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Dependable attendance and reliable work history
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
