CALIFORNIA'S LARGEST RV DEALERSHIP, MIKE THOMPSON'S RV SUPER STORES, has an immediate opening for a Service and Body Shop Manager in our Santa Fe Springs location. The ideal candidate should possess the skills, experience and characteristics listed below. Only candidates that submit FULL COMPLETE RESUMES will be considered.
- Experience in a sales based organization
- Experience managing safety and compliance
- Experience managing 30+ employees
- Experience and knowledge in the daily operations of an automotive, heavy equipment, bus, boat or RV Service & Body Shop operation
- Experience with Financials, P&L, Forecasting
- Professional Customer Service experience
- Must be an achiever with the desire to take care of the customer while cultivating a culture that will create a great working environment
- Must be a trainer, a mentor and a coach - leading and growing careers not just a job
- This person will be responsible for Forecasting, Planning and Budgeting
- Experience leading technical and sales teams
- Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions
- Great interpersonal communication skills
- Stamina for a fast paced work environment
