Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy, adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide expert advice on tax planning strategies, including identifying potential tax credits, deductions, and incentives. Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct through audits of financial records, internal controls, and processes to identify risks, assess compliance, and provide recommendations for improvement. Perform assurance engagements to provide independent and objective assessments of financial information.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. Provide financial advice and guidance helping to achieve financial goals and optimize operations.
• Collaborate to develop budgets and financial forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices. Maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity in all financial activities.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is essential.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience in public accounting, auditing, or financial advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
