Job Description

WHO ARE MIO Each customer will be paired with a personal stylist who will tend to their clients personal clothing needs. Customers will be provided with a variety of options. Once the customer is satisfied with their stylists work, they will be sent the clothing articles. 

AS A WEB CHAT SALES AGENT YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE;

• Assisting students on web chat who are interested in purchasing courses, styling, job hunting, new partnership queries 

• Engaging with public, providing outstanding customer service, and answering questions regarding the services available

• Making recommendations about the most appropriate styling shoot options available to cater to that student's specific needs

• Working to daily and weekly targets

• Building long term relationships 

• Selling additional VIP services over chat bot

Qualifications

WEB CHAT SALES AGENT - SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Ability to start immediately

• Outstanding written communication skills are essential

• Energy, pace, drive, and enthusiasm to get the job done

• Self-motivated with the desire to progress and improve your skill set

• Competitive, ambitious and eager to learn and deliver each and every day
