We are looking for an experienced real estate property wholesaler to buy & sell our distressed properties Nationwide.
You will purchase from the 5 top Auction platforms.
You will have signs placed on properties.
You will put properties in the local city, state MLS. You will deal with cash buyers.
You will be paid off the spread between what you bought for and what you sold for.
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WHOLESALING.
Must be familiar with PropStream / Property Shark etc.
