    Job Description

    MISSION RESTAURANT SUPPLY IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SERVICE COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT OUR CORPUS CHRISTI, TX LOCATION.  

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Answer Phones & return missed calls.
    • Run open sales order report daily.
    • Schedule and dispatch all service calls efficiently and effectively.
    • Call customers to schedule upcoming service calls and installations.
    • Follow up with customers to verify someone is onsite and ensure there are no dry runs.
    • Properly prepare installation and service call paperwork prior to the installs or service.
    • Bill all service work orders properly and timely.
    • Bill all warranty labor properly and timely.
    • Effectively communicate through the use of Sales Force.
    • Maintain and reconcile P.O. Ledger on a weekly basis.
    • Maintain proper truck stock and service department inventory.
    • Participate and contribute to the weekly Service meetings.
    • Communicate with warehouse on upcoming installations.
    • Process all parts P.O.’s.
    • Other tasks as assigned.
     
    

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: 

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Organized, detail oriented and able to effectively manage paperwork 
    • Team player and possess an excellent work ethic 
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Confident with strong communication skills
    • Possess strong computer skills

     

    EDUCATION:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
