Store Managers are responsible to lead their team to deliver solid execution across
all departments.
Achieving daily production targets is necessary to deliver a terric customer
experience and generate strong comp sales.
As a member of the management team, you will be expected to drive operational
excellence by leveraging “tried and true” business processes and procedures;
attention to detail is a MUST.
As a store manager you will need to foster an environment that promotes
continuous learning and encourages daily improvement from all employees on the
team.
You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability
to overcome obstacles and adapt to the ever-changing business needs one will
face daily. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills are imperative!
● High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
● Your daily work schedule is based on the needs of the business, and you will
be required to work some nights, weekends and holidays.
● Continuous standing, frequent walking, stooping, bending, twisting,
reaching and occasional kneeling to handle and/or inspect merchandise will
be required to effectively perform your daily duties.
● Demonstrated record of delivering results and achieving performance
objectives.
● Ability to read your sales floor and analyze available sales data in order to
make necessary adjustments to improve overall sales and productivity.
● Strong interpersonal skills: verbal and non-verbal communication, listening,
decision making, assertiveness, positive attitude, problem-solving, etc...
