Responsibilities
Create innovative and impactful recruitment strategies to attract diverse and top-quality talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and postings.
Employ various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential alignment with company values.
Coordinate, schedule and participate in interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador to demonstrate MIT45 as a great place to work.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and outcomes.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
Five or more years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record of recruiting and hiring candidates across specialized positions. Experience in sales or marketing recruiting is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or equivalent education and experience.
Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple job openings and deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other HR-related software.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations pertaining to hiring and recruitment.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
A genuine passion for finding and connecting with top talent.
