    Responsibilities

    Recruit, manage and cultivate the development of a cross-functional growth marketing team including SEO, paid social, media buying, Amazon Central, native, and programmatic specialists.

    Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps for new customer acquisition with accompanying budgets and forecasts.

    Own digital media budget, strategy, and implementation of cutting-edge performance marketing campaigns.

    Continually identify and test new growth channels, paid and organic.

    Build processes, tools, and dashboards for channel measurement and testing.

    Collaborate with web developers to optimize end-to-end customer experience.

    Create KPI targets and ensure all resources are appropriately managed towards their achievement. Report on results to senior leadership.

    Collaborate on seasonal and annual marketing plans in partnership with the Brand Marketing team.

    Qualifications We’re Looking For:

    8+ years of growth/performance marketing experience across multiple channels

    4+ years of leading growth marketing teams

    Deep e-commerce experience strongly preferred

    Deep understanding of best practices across key growth marketing channels (SEO, Meta ads, Google ads, programmatic, video, etc)

    Track record of creating and growing exceptional growth marketing teams

    Demonstrated strategic business planning and people management skills

    Data-driven and exceptionally curious, self-motivated learner

    Experience building out a performance advertising creative engine at scale

    Ability to coordinate closely with the Creative team to develop and execute on high-volume creative testing

    Results-driven, proactive, with a hands-on approach in campaign and experiment management

    Comfortable working with FP&A to align on budgets, financial targets and the measurement of key financial performance metrics (e.g. CAC, LTV)

    Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with peers across all levels and functions
