The Software Engineer I will be responsible for writing Enterprise Application code in a team environment which includes research, design, debug, and test for next generation network management software systems while contributing to the existing product line.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, debug, and test server-side software for network management software
• Work closely with firmware design team
• Work closely with the quality assurance group for testing
• Responsible for creating written documentation for his/her own software development
• Develop feature enhancements and provide development support for existing product lines
• Works in both an independent and team member environment to meet multiple product release cycles

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Hands on experience developing applications in C/C++
• Proficient in object oriented analysis, design and development techniques
• Working knowledge of RPC, REST API or other programming interfaces
• Knowledge of golang and QT framework a Plus
• Experience working with databases like MySQL
• Knowledge of Angular/JavaScript/HTML5 a Plus

• BS degree (BSEE or BSCS strongly preferred, MSCS a plus) or the equivalent in training and experience
• 2+ years of programming experience (C/C++, REST)
