Required:

• 8 years of direct and applicable experience

OR

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field of study plus 4 years of design & development experience
  • Demonstrated experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Core
  • Remedy Developer Studio experience (our core pieces include: Digital Workplace/MyIT, Atrium CMBD, Smart IT and Smart Reporting, TrueSight Orchestration)
  • Angular, NodeJS, .net, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, PowerShell and Javascript experience
  • Rest API experience
  • Custom Remedy workflows, forms, filters & escalation design and development to meet specified requirements.
  • Proven ability to connect systems to provide high quality interoperability
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (both written and oral) and working collaborative with both internal and external team members for the process of define IT solution scope and technical system requirements.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex issues
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties
• Ability to set and meet established time-frames while assuring data and information integrity
• Experience prioritizing and managing time with little direction
• Previous experience troubleshooting and developing creative technical solutions
• Ability to communicate with and coach/mentor team members
• Demonstrated experience in software development life cycle methodologies
