MIXT (mixt.com) is an eco-minded local chain serving gourmet salads & sandwiches in a modern, counter-serve setting.

Position:

• General Manager
  

Compensation:

• $65-75K salary (based on experience)

Desired experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the food with similar responsibilities or equivalent related experience
• Food safety knowledge (certification a plus)
• Ordering, receiving, & inventory
• P & L management (maintaining food costs, maximizing profitability)
• Scheduling
• Payroll
• Managing between 15-20 people
