    MJ HUGHES CONSTRUCTION HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR SEASONED HEAVY CIVIL SUPERINTENDENTS AND FOREMEN. AS A 20+ YEAR COMPANY WE DO ROAD; BRIDGE; DAM; UTILITY; PERVIOUS CONCRETE FLATWORK; AND LARGE STRUCTURAL PROJECTS ALL OVER THE PACIFIC NW.

    The ideal candidate will have 5 years progressive experience in construction management; have excellent print reading skills and the ability to translate that into a buildable product; know how to manage crews while looking to safety and steps required to keep a project on schedule and within budget; be capable of completing 3 week look ahead schedules; daily diary entries; time cards; be familiar with HCSS or willing to devote the time for quickly learning it; willing to assist the estimating team with your buildable expertise; and willing to travel up to 4 hours from our home base at times as overnight travel can be expected depending on the location of our projects.

    We provide an excellent compensation package including 100% medical; a company vehicle; electronic tablet; tools; PPE and equipment required for the position.
