MAKE $1,250/WEEK!

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will be responsible for visiting public areas, events, residential neighborhoods etc, to help people enroll in health insurance. Part of the duties includes educating individuals about the benefits of health insurance, checking their ability to qualify, and submitting required enrollment documentation.

We will teach you effective strategies that focus on the prospective customer's needs and how you can meet these needs with the services that we offer.

You will make $1250/week doing this, thats $65,000 A YEAR!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

• Develop sales strategies to procure a sufficient number of referrals and other self-generated leads to meet sales targets.
• Generate at least 85% of your own leads from referrals & local-tactical research and prospecting.
• Maintain up-to-date & clear information about assigned and self-generated leads.
• Achieve/exceed weekly application targets.
• Customize sales presentations to communicate product features, benefits, and differences.
• Ensure leads accurately understand the product choices available to them, the enrollment process (eligibility requirements, review/approval of their enrollment application, the timing of ID card receipt, etc.), and the overall process.
• Enroll eligible individuals in Florida Blue products.
• Accurately and thoroughly complete and submit required enrollment documentation, consistent with Florida Blue requirements.
• Assist the prospect in the completion of the enrollment application.
• Provide input to sales leaders about opportunities to improve products/services, provider networks, member service, telesales, retention and marketing programs, and communication.
• Periodically participate in process improvement teams and provide ad hoc feedback as requested.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a legal resident of the United States.
• May not have any felony convictions in the last 7 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's License.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Must be comfortable working outside consistently.
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population.
• Motivated self-starter, with excellent time management and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including eloquence, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Also need to love traveling and gain an in-depth knowledge of the product being offered.
• Pass the background check.

WE WOULD LOVE IF YOU HAVE, BUT ITS NOT REQUIRED:

• Have an active Florida 2-40 Health or 2-15 Life and Health Insurance License.
• Bilingual including the ability to read and write.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME SALARY POSITION.
• Schedule: 6 days a week, Tuesday - Sunday.
• Salary: $1,250/week.
