Our client in Hunt Valley is seeking a Graphic Designer. This individual will be a self-starter and creative problem solver that can assist with creative elements for multi-channel campaigns, including desktop publishing, email marketing, website design, and social media (video production a plus). The ideal candidate will have strong design background with expertise in professional design tools. This position is also cross-trained for customer service, inbound phone order support, web order processing, and data input.

Desired Skills:
•Formal design training
•Experience with Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop); Quark a plus
•Experience with social media campaigns
•Experience with email platforms

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative data into recommendations and plans for resolving the campaign strategy.
• Increase conversion rates by performing ad copy testing, keyword analysis and A/B testing and Multivariate testing.
• Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management.
• Continually monitor, revise, and optimize ad text as necessary.
• Create, categorize and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to our ecommerce website.
• Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaigns and make recommendations accordingly.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate is a high energy, detail oriented, people person with excellent problem solving skills and is a team player. Typing 65-80 wpm required. Graphic Design, Marketing experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design much preferred. Knowledge of graphic art/HTML/CSS/SQL extremely helpful. Must be an animal lover. Knowledge of natural foods extremely helpful.
