Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities

• Handle all vendor correspondence via phone or email
• Attach purchase orders to invoices
• Investigate and resolve problems with invoices and purchase orders
• Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions
• Assist reports and monthly closings
