  • Responsibilities

    Manufacturing facility is seeking an Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist manages the order fulfillment process across three ecommerce platforms. Provides leadership to the ecommerce fulfillment team to meet fulfillment and shipping goals.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Manage Ecommerce order fulfillment process
    • Create, Edit, Refund, Cancel Orders
    • Release orders to fulfillment team
    • Respond to customer correspondence regarding fulfillment related questions
    • Maintain inventory levels across ecommerce platforms
    • Manage Sample orders – enter/fulfill, track spend
    • POC for Shipping partners
    • Track/Report daily KPIs
    • Manage 3 Fulfillment Specialists responsible for picking/packing of orders & outbound shipping
    • Ensure team is meeting daily/weekly metrics

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Computer Skills to maneuver in a Windows based environment (Microsoft Office)
    • ERP experience is a plus
    • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact positively with associates
    • Possess a positive, can-do attitude
    • Ability to communicate, both verbally and written
    • Ability to work a schedule to meet the needs of the business – may include some weekends/holidays during peak season.
    • Able to freely access all areas of the warehouse by standing, walking, stooping, crouching and kneeling on a concrete floor. May frequently lift, lower, and carry up to 25lbs.
