Job Brief:
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage our company’s Installation and Service Team Operations.
Compensation: Based on proven experience with minimum starting salary of $50,000 (made up of base pay plus quarterly incentive)

Responsibilities:
Project Manager position is responsible for running all aspects of Installation and Service Operations to include but not limited to:
- Managing of Technicians and Workflow
- Scheduling jobs/technicians and Evaluating job progress
- Coordinating with Sales Department on all aspects of estimating and installation process
- Ordering of needed equipment
- Coordinating with Accounting Department to ensure proper and timely invoicing
- Ensuring Company vehicles are maintained to Company guidelines
- Providing coaching and training to direct reports
- Ensuring quality of installations and service provided
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills a must
Skills Required:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in the Low Voltage/Special Systems industry and be well verse with:
Security Alarm Systems
Surveillance Systems (IP and HD)
Access Control Systems.
- Having a strong working knowledge of the following systems:
Automation
Networking Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Audio/Video both residential and professional
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) – Associates degree preferred
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Computer and networking literate
- Able to work independently, lift heavy items, be a self-starter, fast paced, and pay attention to detail
- Able to stand, kneel, crouch, bend for long hours, climb ladders and work in high places
- Able to use power tools, basic hand tools and scissor lifts
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass criminal and driving background check and a pre-employment drug test
