    ASSOCIATE, EDUCATIONAL STRATEGY

    The role of the ASSOCIATE, EDUCATIONAL STRATEGY is to acquire as much knowledge about continuing medical education (CME) as possible, while beginning to take on core responsibilities of a business development associate. The position entails learning all of PER’s offerings, becoming familiar with the healthcare and multispecialty landscape, and understanding the grant-supported medical education system.  We take pride in creating an ideal work environment focused on achieving goals and objectives through teamwork and creativity.

    Responsibilities:

    As an Associate, Educational Strategy, he/she will be responsible for learning all of PER’s core responsibilities in the medical education process, ranging from grant writing, grant submissions, activity implementation, supporter expectations, accreditation, compliance, reconciliations, and outcomes/evaluations.

    The successful candidate will be an energetic and effective communicator who can excel in a small team-driven environment while also functioning as a team player. Drive, energy, and a passion for excellence are essential.
