APPLICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
The APPLICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR will be part of a small in-house enterprise technology team that is responsible for managing enterprise-wide technology tools, configurations, enhancements and provide inputs on product roadmap for enterprise-wide SaaS tools. The Applications Admin will be responsible for a variety of functions to support and administer our enterprise technology tools.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Applications Administration:
- Administer enterprise systems for various business needs within MJH Life Sciences. Some of the systems are Workfront, Salesforce, Cvent, Sanity, Vercel, LMS, Microsoft 365, etc.
- Complete commercial off-the-shelf application installations, packages, configurations, and implementation.
- Perform root-cause analyses for issue resolution and prevention.
- Build and maintain a product backlog, determine LOE and provide estimate completion dates.
- Create user guides, provide training and tutorials to support go-live or configuration changes.
- Add/Modify/Delete user accounts within multiple SaaS systems to support ISO Controls
- Work with third-party software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Partner with the Business Analysis to review business requirements and understand configurations.
Product Management:
- Collaborate with the SME, Project Manager, and Business Analysis to define the product vision and build a strategic roadmap that fits in with the overall organization strategy.
- Meet with the users of a system to collect feedback on enhancements and improvements
- Assist with identifying creative solutions to business problems with the use of technology and tools
- Evaluate and document existing business processes and recommend improvements
- Work with the Project Manager or Executive stakeholder to assist with implementation of projects from inception to completion
Other Responsibilities:
- Review SaaS product roadmaps to understand new features and functionality and how existing configurations may be impacted or enhanced
- Document and update existing processes and standard operating procedures relevant to the applications you support.
- Be passionate about working in a team environment and going outside your comfort zone to help team members achieve their objectives.
