Tax Preparer Job Summary:

Join our team! MJK Tax Services is seeking tax preparers for employment for Tax Season! Candidate must have tax knowledge and a minimum of two years experience preparing tax return for individuals in a tax office. Candidates need to have an active PTIN or acquire PTIN prior to preparing tax returns.

TAX PREPARER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and file tax documents, such as income tax returns
• Check documents for errors
• Meet with clients
• Provide support to clients in the case of an IRS audit
• Perform other clerical duties as necessary

**Bilingual English/ Spanish (preferred)

Flexible schedule ( if part time)

Compensation based on experience and tax knowledge.

Job Types: Seasonal, Part-time or Full time

Hourly wage plus bonus

** Bonus pay brings hourly wage to $18-$25/ an hour

• Office is located in a shopping center.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

QUALIFICATIONS:

• US work authorization (Required) deal breaker
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Tax Preparation: 2 years (Preferred)
