    Job Summary

    We are a Moving Broker Call Center, handling calls nationwide that assist individuals and families in planning and scheduling their anticipated move (WE DO NOT PHYSICALLY MOVE ANYTHING). We are looking for EXPERIENCED CALL CENTER customer service representatives to assist our sales agents and clients with their proposed and scheduled moves. Providing support to ensure our customers have the best possible experience. We are open seven days a week from 8:00am until 9:00pm. Nights and weekends are required for this position.

    We are a team of high energy individuals with a unified goal to excel in the moving industry. Come, join the team and be a part of the growing success. We have expanded to a second location and looking to soon go into a third, providing plenty of opportunity for growth and advancement.

    Qualifications:

    2+ years experience using Granot (basic knowledge will be tested prior to hiring)

    1+ years in the moving industry

    Knowledge and understanding of DOT guidelines and regulations

    Available nights and weekends

    Ability to work well under pressure

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively

    Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

    Comfortable using computers and customer management software

    Responsibilities

    Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails

    Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions pertaining to scheduled moves

    Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers

    Document all customer interactions

    Assist agents with calls to verify and finalize scheduled moves
