Insurance office near Buena Park, CA looking to hired licensed insurance professionals to sell and market personal lines insurance products.
We are currently only accepting licensed applicants, fluent in English/Korean.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Full Time
- P&C OR PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE LICENSE
- BILINGUAL IN KOREAN IS REQUIRED
CALL CENTER AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Obtains client information by placing and answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
- Establishes policies by entering client information, confirming pricing, collecting payment and customer follow-up
- Informs clients by explaining coverage, answering questions, and providing information
- Meet Production Goals set forth by the agency
