We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the Belleville, PA team who will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the overall output of production in the facility. The primary focus of this position is ensuring the business can efficiently source raw materials, manufacture products, and store inventory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business including creating, managing and driving KPIs that are aligned to overall business goals
Develop and maintain detailed plans describing the main supply chain and outline alternatives
Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency
Develop and maintain risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages
Oversee supplier relations, including maintaining relationships with current suppliers while continually sourcing additional vendors
Develop and enforce contracts with suppliers to define pricing, availability, and lead times
Communicate with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affected production
Conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for improvement
Place orders for raw materials and supplies and oversee purchasing activities
Optimize inventory and mitigate wasted resources
Effectively develop solutions to business challenges
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferably with specialization in Logistics, Materials Management or Supply Chain Management or Finance required
Certification as CPIM or CSCP desired
5 years progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or Warehouse/Logistics
2 years in leadership role preferred
Understanding of procedural best practices in supply chain management Energizing, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

Able to exercise sound judgement to accomplish goals
Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
