    JOB DESCRIPTION

    A Merchandiser is improving sales and profits by ensuring that stores are optimized for

    consumer use. Responsibilities include assembling and maintenance of in store

    displays, developing and nurturing account relationships, stocking shelves, pricing

    products, and monitoring the store inventory. The Merchandiser focus will be in chain

    stores and will work in collaboration with store account reps to maintain visibility on

    shelves and maintain account relationship with store management.

    You will:

    • Obtain items for display setup from distributor warehouse

    • Create displays with consumer appeal, inducing purchase

    • Transport and install in-store lock boxes

    • Rebuild store sections and displays as product is depleted through sales

    • Work with consumers in-store increasing sales

    • Retain brand information across a spirits portfolio

    • Maintain weekly schedule as mapped out with distributor partner

    • Weekly check ins with local team lead

    • Work with distributor partner

    • Report against metrics and completing recaps, uploading photos of displays

    daily.

    • Central CA
    • East Bay
    • SFBA

    TIMING:

    • Paid Training: Week of 10/26 (ideally trained by 11/1)
    • Program Dates: 11/2/20-12/31/20 (subject to change as schedules are built)
    • Hours: Approximately 40 hours/week
    • Note: Work will take place throughout the week and weekends.  Shift times will vary.  A schedule will be created that will be based on the distributor/brand needs.  For instance: sometimes you will be setting up displays that will need to be set prior to store opening, which could mean super early start through late morning, whereas other times you may need to move things around during store hours or handle breakdown/setup of a display after store hours, which could mean late hours.

    PAY:

    • $25/hour up to 40 hours a week
    • Cell phone reimbursement ($42.00/month)
    • Mileage reimbursement (57.5 cents per mile)
