POSITION SUMMARY:
MKTG is looking for a self-motivated Wine & Spirits professional to represent some of the most popular premium Spirits brands in the world. The National Accounts Spirits Ambassador will be based in SoCal (Los Angeles or OC preferred) and will cover all markets within the SoCal region.
The National Accounts Spirits Ambassador will develop a detailed knowledge of the brands we represent and will be seen as an expert; someone that consumers, in-store staff, and trade industry players can go to for insight and expertise. The National Accounts Spirits Ambassador will act as the face of the brands they represent within the grocery retail space as well as be able to function in the On-Premise space. Using their expertise and knowledge, they will educate and win over consumers + build brand advocacy by enhancing in-store personal product knowledge.
This is a full-time contract role, with the potential to become a full-time salaried role.

REQUIREMENTS
Professional; college educated preferred
Industry experience and passion for spirits; extensive category knowledge a definite plus
Sales experience in the spirits industry a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willing to travel throughout SoCal on a regular basis
Self-starter, outgoing, charismatic personality
Stylish appearance, an in-depth understanding of target consumer and the off-premise accounts they shop in
Comfortable working with online platforms and apps
Adept at selling and interacting with diverse groups of people
Performance and/or presentation experience highly regarded
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (Fri-Sun) on a regular basis
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record is a must
Must have daily access to a personal vehicle
Must have a smartphone
Must be able to set-up/breakdown promotional materials/displays on a regular basis and lift 50lbs
Applicant should be entrepreneurial and driven
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
