ABOUT THE POSITION:

At MLM, as a field marketing representative you are the face of the company. Earing base pay plus uncapped commission, you get to travel to nearby installation sites, home shows, festivals & events, speaking with homeowners about MLM's products and services.

Your primary responsibilities are generating interest and setting appointments with homeowners in the local market. The position is to simply inform the customer about the services we offer and schedule a free estimate/inspection. MLM has a week long, in depth training to help you with product knowledge, what to say, how to overcome objections and so much more!

There is a clear path for growth with-in company for marketers who exhibit a high level of performance!

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School or Equivalent (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Must be able to legally work in the United States
• Smartphone with internet access
• This position requires you to meet with and educate homeowners on MLM's products and services
• Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset
• The ability to work outside for 6-8 hours a day
• Highly developed organizational and communication skills
• Strong sense of competitiveness and the ability to work in a team setting and solo
