Job Description

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the field marketing representative’s primary responsibilities are generating interest and setting appointments with homeowners in their local market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inform the customer about the services MLM offers and schedules inspections 
• Travel to nearby installation sites, home shows and events
• Follow safety guidelines
• Update customer electronic records in the company software
• Attend daily meetings at the assigned home office

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a functional smartphone with internet access
• Marketing, Sales or Construction experience highly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Entry

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position does not have supervisory responsibility. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates outside 90% of the time within a defined territory.  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is a physical role that will be expected to work outside within all elements. 

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 11:00am – 7:00pm and every other Saturday from 9:00am – 2:00pm.   

TRAVEL

This position requires extensive travel within their territory and/or to and from other MLM offices.
