Senior technical roles providing thought leadership and leading development of key program artifacts for the program engagement and application assessments • On the coaching teams, these roles accelerate PCF migrations by resolving challenges encountered in collaboration with Client architects Required Skill & Experience: • Very strong, industrialized experience with PCF architecture, application migration, development support and operations • Ability and experience leading client engineering teams migrate existing Java applications to PCF for the first time using these approaches: o Re-host o Re-platform o Re-engineer (using 12 factors architecture)

• Ability and experience leading PCF native developer and SDET engineer team members in assisting client engineering teams with migrating their existing Java applications to PCF • Ability and experience providing knowledge transfer to client engineering teams • Ability and experience collaborating with other regional application migration to PCF engineering teams on addressing client engineering challenges, quickly resolving issues with migration activities and create re-usable “best practices” to support later migration activities • Ability and experience working with client engineering teams that support the PCF infrastructure to resolve PCF migration issues, prioritize release of PCF features, implement new PCF platform features and troubleshoot PCF issues for migrated applications • Very strong presentation, oral and writing communication skills • US roles only - Ability to travel to multiple client sites as required during 2018
