    Position Summary: We are seeking a User Experience / Digital Product Design Lead to define and drive the future insurance experience for our clients and underwriters across mobile web sites, and other platforms. You will contribute to the product strategy to help shape the future of the vision, and ensures the customer's experience and needs are aligned with the solution. Our ideal candidate has a love for amazing and functional experiences, is a fierce advocate for the user, and is committed to creating compelling, elegantly simple user experiences from otherwise complex workflows. You Will · Lead design projects and drive end to end product design (both interaction/ux AND visual design) Manage UX quality across platforms and devices: web, mobile, and other devices · Ensure solutions are feasible and implemented within technical and business constraints · Measure, iterate and deliver delightful experiences · Champion and evangelize user-centered, data informed, and agile design processes · Synthesize complex business goals into easy-to-use designs and user flows - drive plans to execution · Be the voice of the user, tireless advocate for simplicity and clarity of our products · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standards, industry trends, emerging platforms, and design/UX best practices The Ideal Candidate will have: • 8+ years working with digital and integrated marketing/advertising, preferably in an agency setting • Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites. You have helped ship products • Significant experience across UX disciplines such as interaction design, UI design, graphic design, user research, information architecture, empathic design and multi-channel interaction • Understanding of human-centered design, atomic design and mobile design principles • Fluent use of Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, and related UX tools • Implementing of UI design leading practices for Responsive Web Design, reusable UI patterns, and intuitive and touch-friendly navigation • Merging research findings, new ideas, creative innovation and industry-leading practices • Have a great aesthetic sense and pay attention to the details • Strong conceptual creative thinking • An appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem solving through to detailed UI and visual design • Excellent communicator of design work and your rationale behind proposals
