Work as part of a collaborative and cross-functional teams following a continuous delivery approach taking responsibility for all aspects of quality from the outset • Work in a global delivery model (onshore and offshore) and distributed agile model • Participate in sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review, sprint retrospective and backlog grooming meetings to provide inputs from quality engineering team's perspective • Set up, maintain, and perform test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests • Take ownership and responsibility for the design and development of all aspects of automated regression testing suites along with maintenance of existing automated tests and following the existing automation strategy • Guide the overall development process in order to improve quality and flow of work particularly in terms of development practices that ease automation testing • Lead a team of Quality Engineers in the development and execution of automated and performance testing for programs/projects to enable delivery of quality software products and services on time, on budget, and to specification • Maintain flexibility to react quickly to changes in priorities or circumstances to meet the needs of the business Essential Skills/Experience: • Experience in automated testing (UI and API) of web applications and web services in an agile and continuous delivery environment • Experience on Automation tools like Selenium, Unified Functional Testing (UFT), DevOps – CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Build Management tools like Maven and Source Control tools like GitHub, API tools like SoapUI/Rest API • Experience with Scrum methodology • Experience Java • Experience in Test Management tools like HP ALM, JIRA and Rally • Experience in writing SQL queries • Experience in working with Model Based Testing (MBT) technique using Conformiq • Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively facilitate meetings • Experience leading and coaching a team of Quality Engineers • A positive, constructive approach with an emphasis on collaboration and good execution • A creative, innovative approach to quality engineering with the drive to improve existing strategies and processes • Strong focus on customer service and teamwork • Ability to manage conflicting interests and identify compromises • Ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize projects in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment Desired Skills/Experience: • Experience with creating automated scripts for mobile application using Perfecto / Experitest • Experience of non-functional testing, such as performance and security • Experience in project management • Experience in Wealth Management domain/products
