ITIL awareness on Change Management is a PLUS. Key Responsibilities: • Associate will be working closely with Infrastructure teams (On servers, Active Directory, Servers, IPs, Firewalls, Security domains, Transferring data from FTP etc) • Associate performs regular BA functions – understand requirements from BA and translate it for Database analysts and technical teams. • Prepare Management decks / status on weekly status – driven thru Excel sheets with Macros, Power BI, SQL. • IAM knowledge is required in addition to Information Security and Risk Management domain knowledge. No specific IAM product knowledge is required. It could be any product knowledge within IAM domain. • Work with Global Team. Establish and grow the relationship between the customer and technical support teams • Perform traditional Business Systems Analyst functions including gathering business requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems • Co-ordinate the roll-out of global applications to Manulife-based users • Co-ordinate corporate initiatives impacting local resources and systems ensuring minimal impact with maximum communication • Represent region as key participant in divisional and global working groups • Ensure potential issues are tracked and escalated in a timely manner • Develop Trend Analysis and implement new solutions to streamline recognized deficiencies • Facilitate communications between business and technical teams • Work with business to ensure all security measures are applied • Define User Acceptance Criteria and support testing activities • Provide detailed updated documentation on all Manulife based systems • Participate fully as a team member promoting knowledge sharing, innovation and support • Facilitate testing and implementation of new features in new application releases Qualifications: • 5+ years' experience in an IT role with demonstrated career progression • Knowledge of infrastructure and networks • Identity and Access management domain knowledge is required • Knowledge of business analysis principles and best practices • Effective conceptual, diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint) • Very strong MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS project and MS Excel skills • Power BI knowledge is an asset • Strong technical writing skills • Knowledge of SQL Server (developing scripts, query creation) • Understanding of data design, architecture, relational databases and data modeling • Previous experience in financial services industry • Strong Communication Skills a must • Experience working directly with business clients in addition to application support teams • Experience managing and liaising with third-party service providers • ITIL experience and strong understanding of standard Change Management methodologies • Experience maintaining and routinely testing Disaster Recovery Plan and Business Continuity Plan • Experience with Application Lifecycle planning for the application environment • Dependable, professional, demonstrated leadership and judgement skills Education/Professional Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related fields Preferred: • Experience in the financial services industry doing Information Security and Risk projects. • Work done with IAM projects with CyberArk and Identity IQ would be considered an asset.
