Experience: 10-12 Yrs in Performance Testing 

• Strong technical expertize in LoadRunner and Performance Center tools 
• Expert in Dynatrace and other APM. 
• Strong experience in identifying and debugging the performance issues. 
• Design, program and execute performance scripts. 
• Support the testing during late hours.  Good to Have: 
• Excellent customer communication and reporting ability. 
• Lead the team independently, mentor and ensure delivery. 
• Coordinate and handover tasks and ongoing activities to continue with offshore team. 
• Provide Innovative solutions to the client. 
• Knowledge in Banking Domain"
