Job Description for OFSA Lead / Consultant Requirement: • 6+ years of experience with majority of exposure in Banking industry working as OFSA Lead / Consultant • Resource should have good communication skill and be able to co-ordinate with Business and IT Managers. • Experience in OFSAA EPM Modules namely Profitability Management, Funds Transfer Pricing and GL Recon • Hands-on knowledge of OFSA 4.5 Infrastructure components • High level understanding of treasury and finance functions in a Bank • High level understanding of Cost & Revenue allocation process • High level understanding of analytical banking and business intelligence applications • Experience in interpretation of functional and technical requirement to convert them into requirement documents • Good knowledge and understanding of Data warehouse Concepts • Experience in working with Data Warehouse, Data Mart and multiple source connectors for sourcing and provisioning data to OFSA application • Experience in ETL skills Informatica is preferable • Experience in Oracle PL/SQL development • Should have good impact analysis skill • Should possess good debugging/troubleshooting skill • Knowledge of different types/phases of testing. E.g. Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Data Download Testing, etc. • Resource should be senior enough and willing to own & be accountable for the work packet deliverable within the project schedule & timelines • Having Credit Risk domain knowledge is an added advantange
