    Job Description:

    •             Working knowledge of financial systems

    •             Experience articulating a complex problem, design to business & technical teams

    •             Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes

    •             Ability to prioritize work, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

    •             Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

    •             Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

    •             Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions, escalate where necessary

    •             Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests for information and collaboration, working with a wide range of people

    •             Experience facilitating complex design discussions and driving results

    •             complex issues and tracking follow-through to completion

    •             Experience using Jira/Confluence/Clarity or other job/resource tracking tools helpful

    •             PMP or similar certification helpful

    •             Inventory Finance Lending experience helpful

    •             Familiarity with mainframe technologies

    •             Knowledge and understanding of payment origination processing: both urgent (wire) and non urgent (ACH), domestic and international

    •             Experience with System Integrations

    •             5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

    •             5+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements

    •             7+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners

    •             Knowledge and understanding of global financing services, products, and banking norms
