Guidewire Developer with 2+ years development experience 

Must have skills - 

1. Guidewire PolicyCenter knowledge 

2. Understanding of Roles, Permission, User, UW Issue, UW authorities, Rules etc. 

3. XMLs and SQL/Oracle knowledge 

4. Overall Guidewire framework understanding 

5. Core java and J2EE knowledge (EJB, Spring etc..) 

6. Build tool knowledge like Maven, Gradle 

7. Messaging Queue Integration and troubleshooting

Good to have skills - 

1. Understanding of how ADL control UI / Transaction 

2. Troubleshooting of ADL exception and resolving them 

3. Knowledge on code structure and how product is being build 

4. SOAP and REST webservices hands-on 

5. Knowledge on Apache tomcat webserver 

6. WSRR for service contracts (specific to client) 

7. Webservice testing with SOAPUI
