Your Role: Inside Sales Professional / Healthcare Recruiter In this dynamic role, you will source leads from established databases and online platforms. Harnessing our company tools and resources, you'll actively market and attract new business. Cold calling, emailing, and texting clients and candidates will be second nature, as you creatively leverage your personality and determination to overcome daily challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and document findings using our CRM tool.

• Elevate your online presence by leveraging social media platforms within your region.

• Engage in cold calling to understand the unique needs of potential clients and how we can best assist them.

• Utilize Microsoft software, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to streamline your workflow.

• Maintain meticulous records of every interaction throughout the recruitment process.

• Demonstrate your strong work ethic and ambition by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous executive search experience is a plus.
• A background in sales is highly encouraged.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and ZipRecruiter is advantageous.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you excel at multitasking.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful verifiable experience in recruiting or sales is required.
