JOB DESCRIPTION:  

• Assist the client in processing unemployment claims due to the increase in claims due to Covid-19
• Agents will log into AWS (amazon web services) and log claims
• Provide one-to-one telephone contact with consumers and providers
• Accurately document all interactions with consumers
• Log calls into call tracking system; note trends in consumer questions and concerns, report and recommend measures to improve customer service
• Handle and date enter complains in accordance with approved policies and procedures
• Accurately document all interactions with consumers

REQUIREMENTS: 

• BILINGUAL- SPANISH is a must! 
• Data entry skills to include accuracy and spelling
• Ability to maintain self- control under stressful situations
• Proficient in use of computer, including MS Office Suite
• Strong communications and analytical skills are required
• 2 years of experience in a call center environment
• Customer Service experience  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
• Must be willing to work normal business hours and occasional weekend days, as needed
