SETTING UP ZOOM INTERVIEWS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (ENGLISH & SPANISH) REPRESENTATIVES IN NEWARK, NJ TO START 5/3/2021

We are setting up interviews for Customer Service Reps in Newark, New Jersey.

Please let me know what time between 10am to 3pm Monday through Friday you are available, and I will get you set up to interview.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints regarding Toll and bridge accounts using standard scripts and procedures.
• Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
• Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
• Performs customer needs analysis and informs customers of services and resources available to them.
• Maintains adherence (attendance, punctuality, use of AUX time).
• All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• HS Diploma
• 6 months-1 Year Customer Service Experience.
• Basic computer skills and typing

PAY RATE: $14.45/HR

HOURS

• TRAINING STARTS: MONDAY, 5/3/2021 9AM-5PM (3 WEEKS TRAINING)
• After Training : Monday through Friday 10:15 am through 7:15 pm; Saturday will be required 8am-2pm
