MMC IS LOOKING FOR YOU!! WE ARE SEEKING A REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE $14.75/HR- CHARLOTTE NC TO JOIN OUR TEAM! YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPING CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING PRODUCT AND SERVICE INFORMATION AND RESOLVING TECHNICAL ISSUES.
SCHEDULE:
- Service Center is open 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Candidate must be flexible to work any hours within that time frame
- They are guaranteed at minimum 1 weekend day off
- Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Answer phone calls from consumers and service providers for Tier 1 calls.
- These will be calls regarding the process of how to sign up for the program, application status check, how to use the web portal to submit documentation, etc.
- Offline application reviews. Agents will also conduct offline application reviews that are submitted in Near Real Time.
- Minimal email response work
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
SKILLS
- Great soft skills
- Proficient in keyboarding and computers
- Excellent attention of detail
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year experience in call center work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
