​​​​​ MMC Group is looking for Onsite Customer Service Reps in Endicott! to start April 10th, 2023. * The Call Center CSR will work in a busy inbound call center servicing customer calls for the NY E-ZPass. * The CSR assists customers with questions regarding account maintenance, violations, billing, tolls, etc. as well as research and resolve problems accordance the state funded program. * The CSR disseminates information on a variety state funded program related topics using training materials, handouts and online tools. * The CSR is responsible for managing call lengths is responsible to adhere to a predetermined level of productivity and quality standards. * The CSR is responsible for researching and resolving various customers disputes and inquires with the intention of satisfying all customer requests and resolving all customer disputes. * Using our clients' platform, the CSR performs appropriate transaction(s), completes corresponding outbound correspondence, and completes internal documentation and handoffs. * The CSR is required to meet or exceed minimum standards for production and accuracy depending on assignment. * The CSR performs account updates in strict adherence to departmental policy and procedures. * Reserve your seat today and be part of a winning team! * $15.00/hr to start! . * Permanent Position with 40/hr work weeks $$$ * First shift hours!
