Opportunity to receive quarterly bonus based on performance. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Responds to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner. Provides callers with an unbiased information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements. Accesses, reads, and interprets customers and provider data elements within customers application. Performs accurately all data entry functions to reflect customer activity/transactions. Answers customer questions and assists in problem resolution. Assists customers in the enrollment process. We care for work-life balance, that is why our shifts are only Monday through Friday, anywhere for 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Pay starts at $12.58, unless you are bilingual fluent in Spanish is $13.06. We have a class starting on January 19th! Classes fill very quickly, especially the virtual one, apply ASAP to send the required testing and schedule a phone interview.
