We are seeking an Inside Sales/Inventory Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Learn how our electric motor/water pump business operates from customer service to the finished product. This is a necessary part of being able to perform future sales/customer service responsibilities. Mechanical skills will be used on a daily basis. This position requires that you be in the shop sometimes to help customers and work with technicians to determine customer needs.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Generate repair/replacement quotes and follow up with customer in a timely manner.
- Monitor job board and job flow along with Shop Foreman.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Call customers to keep them aware of the latest developments on their prospective job.
- Inventory Management
- Checking in special orders and following through to customer delivery or pickup.
Qualifications:
- Must be mechanically inclined. After training, you will need to help diagnose an issue for customer in regard to their electric motor or water pump, over phone or in person.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to delegate responsibilities to the correct person.
- Time Management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business is a plus.
