    Job Description

    The Solution Consulting Analyst is a position which will require regular in-person attendance at company and client meetings.  Therefore, you will be required to travel (on airplanes, in taxis, hotels, etc.), attend in-person meetings, and make presentations to live audiences.  In addition, this is a client-facing role and all of the clients to which you may be assigned will not allow their employees or vendors to attend in-person meetings without proof of full vaccination (regardless of testing status).  

    • In collaboration with Solution Consultants, identify opportunities for business alignment by supporting pre-sales activity such as therapeutic specific targeting and data analysis to support segmentation based on recent events, industry trends, and other triggers.
    • Prepare clients’ capabilities meetings in partnership with assigned Solution Consultant by researching MMIT’s available solutions to identify use case alignment and provide relevant commentary to assigned Solution Consultant.
    • Enable the creation of a point of view by partnering the Solution Consultant tailored product demonstration based on product lifecycle, therapeutic area, and other important considerations.
    • Support the authoring RFP/RFI responses, engaging other company resources to help as needed, and ensuring that the RFP/RFI is completed on time and in a professional manner.
    • Support adhoc requests by coordinating internal resources to make recommendations, validate data availability (i.e. historical data requests).
    • Develop slides and decks aligned to MMIT’s use cases, enhancements, and client-specific messaging to enable highly targeted demonstration of MMIT’s value to any pharmaceutical brand.
    • Maintain content within the Commercial Highspot pages to support the growth of enablement materials and targeted content used throughout internal and external conversations .

    • Bachelor's degree required 
    • Operational role within the MMIT organization that allowed for exposure to our products and general understanding of MMIT’s clients OR 2+ years of market access experience 
    • PowerPoint expert who loves creating appealing and simple to understand visuals aligned to MMIT’s solutions
    • Detailed organization and thoughtfulness
    • Seeks process improvement and to build efficiencies and processes to work smarter
    • Communication & Relationship Building Skills
    • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to collaborate with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, SMEs, Leadership and Product Management

    Additional Information

    Location: Livingston, NJ or Yardley, PA or remote

    Travel Requirements: No overnight travel requirements.  Position is currently remote  and onboarding will be virtual.
