COMPANY OVERVIEW

Law firm's New York office has an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level finance associate attorney seeking to gain greater responsibility on debt finance deals.

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of top law firm debts finance experience.  The more experience you have the greater the responsibility you will have to run deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Represent a broad range of corporate entities and financial institutions in connection with debt financings for leveraged buyouts and other financial transactions. 
• Finance Group works with various firm corporate groups with the drafting and negotiating of domestic and cross-border debt financing strategic arrangements.
• Represent borrowers and lenders on various private equity and public company transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• ACADEMICS Top academic credentials required
• OUTSTANDING WRITING ABILITY IS REQUIRED
• The ideal candidate will have 3+ YEARS OF BIG LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE
• THE MORE EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE THE GREATER THE RESPONSIBILITY YOU WILL HAVE TO RUN DEALS.
