We are looking for a part-time admin. with flexible hours available Monday-Friday 11-5 (hours vary per day) with Mondays and Fridays being required work days. Proficient in MS Excel sheets a must. Prefer you are a close commute to Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities
provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Proficient in MS Excel sheets
make phone calls to customers for scheduling
Ability to multi-task
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone
process payments for customers, complete banking electronically
maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
perform data entry and scan documents to email
answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
prepare and modify documents including correspondence, memos and email
Job Requirements:• Friendly, outgoing personality• Good organizational skills and ability to work without supervision• Excellent communication skills in person and on the telephone -proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must, knowledge of operating standard office equipment
