Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated College graduate or an individual with up to 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing to join our team. This role is designed for someone with a career path towards becoming a presales consultant . You will play a crucial role in assisting the Sales Head with Sales Operations, gaining invaluable experience and insights into the world of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Support: Assist the Sales Head with daily sales operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales reports.
Data Analysis: Utilize Excel to analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Presentation Creation: Design and develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, internal reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and support the sales strategy.
Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documents.
Client Interaction: Support client engagement activities, including follow-ups, meeting coordination, and handling inquiries.
Learning and Development: Continuously learn about SAP products, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: Experience in Sales and Marketing (Software, IT services only) is a plus but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Learning Attitude: Avid learner with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
Location: Willingness to work from our Plano, TX office.
