Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring food safety regulations are met.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment where culture and values are prioritized.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing store tasks and functions.
- Solve challenges on the floor in a proactive, calm, and constructive manner.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and company goals through effective management and customer service.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Passion for delivering exemplary customer service and team development.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and health guidelines.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
